Installation or connection issue

Include your device model, operating-system version, destination, and what you see on screen. Keep your QR code, activation code, and full LPA string private unless support specifically requests them through an appropriate channel.

Before you buy

Confirm that the exact device model supports eSIM, is not carrier-locked, and can use mobile data roaming where required. Ask before purchasing if any compatibility or plan detail is unclear.

Refund question

Refunds are limited for digital eSIMs that can be delivered and used immediately. Review the refund policy before sending a request, especially if an eSIM has already been installed, activated, or used.
