Terms of Service
Effective date: June 27, 2026
Last updated: June 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tellsim, including our website, checkout, dashboard, support tools, emails, and travel eSIM services. Tellsim is a product of Pervius Limited Liability Co. (“Tellsim,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Tellsim, creating an account, purchasing an eSIM plan, or accessing your dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Tellsim.
1. Definitions
For these Terms:
- “eSIM” means a digital SIM profile that can be installed on a compatible device without a physical SIM card.
- “Plan” means a travel eSIM data plan with a destination or coverage area, data allowance, validity period, price, and related conditions.
- “Provider partner” means a third-party eSIM, mobile network, roaming, or technical provider involved in provisioning, activating, supporting, or delivering connectivity.
- “Platform” means the Tellsim website, checkout, dashboard, support tools, emails, and related services.
- “Activation details” means QR code, SM-DP+ address, activation code, LPA string, ICCID, APN, and any other setup information used to install or use an eSIM.
2. What Tellsim provides
Tellsim sells travel eSIM data plans. After purchase, we provide installation details such as a QR code, SM-DP+ address, activation code, LPA string, ICCID, usage information, and related plan details when available.
Tellsim acts as a reseller/intermediary for eSIM plans supplied by provider and network partners. Tellsim’s role is to sell the plan, process the order, request provisioning from provider partners, and provide the activation details made available for that plan.
Tellsim is not a mobile network operator, telecommunications carrier, or internet service provider. Connectivity is provided through network and provider partners. Actual coverage, speed, availability, latency, network type, and performance may vary by location, device, local carrier conditions, roaming availability, congestion, and technical limitations.
Installing or activating an eSIM usually requires a stable internet connection. You are responsible for having internet access during setup.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use Tellsim. If you use Tellsim on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Tellsim is legal in the country or region where you purchase, install, or use the eSIM.
4. Account and login
Tellsim uses email-based login with a one-time passcode. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure, because access to your email may allow access to your Tellsim dashboard, order history, and eSIM activation details.
You must provide accurate information when using Tellsim. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we believe information is false, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or used without authorization.
5. Email, OTP login, and service communications
By using Tellsim, you agree that we may send you one-time passcodes, account access messages, order confirmations, eSIM delivery emails, support replies, refund or payment updates, security alerts, and other service-related communications.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and keeping your email account secure. Anyone with access to your email may be able to access your Tellsim account, dashboard, order history, and eSIM activation details.
Tellsim is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by an incorrect email address, full inbox, spam filters, email provider blocking, mail server issues, or other email systems outside our control.
For security, one-time passcodes may expire, may be rate-limited, and may be invalidated after too many failed attempts or repeated requests.
Service-related emails are necessary to provide Tellsim and may not include an unsubscribe option. If we send optional marketing emails in the future, those will include any unsubscribe controls required by law.
6. Device compatibility
Before purchasing, you are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM, is not carrier-locked, can use mobile data roaming where needed, supports the destination network bands and settings, and has a stable internet connection during installation.
Tellsim is not responsible if your device is incompatible, locked, restricted by a carrier, incorrectly configured, or unable to install or use an eSIM.
7. Plans, coverage, and validity
Plan details shown at checkout or in your dashboard may include destination, coverage area, data allowance, validity period, price, available networks, APN, and installation details.
Plan validity, activation timing, available networks, and usage reporting may depend on the network or provider partner. Some plans may begin when provisioned, installed, activated, or first connected, depending on the plan rules shown to you or applied by the provider partner.
You should review the plan details before purchase. If anything is unclear, contact us before buying.
8. Orders and delivery
After successful payment, we attempt to provision and deliver your eSIM digitally through your Tellsim dashboard and/or email.
Delivery is usually instant, but may be delayed by payment checks, provider availability, network issues, email delivery delays, fraud checks, or technical problems.
You are responsible for entering the correct email address. If you enter the wrong email address, delivery may fail or be sent to the wrong person.
9. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor. Tellsim does not receive or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVC.
Prices may be shown in supported currencies. Exchange rates, price display, taxes, and fees may vary. The final price shown at checkout is the price you authorize.
Your card statement may show Tellsim, Pervius Limited Liability Co., Stripe, or another payment descriptor depending on payment processor settings and banking rules.
Tellsim is not responsible for delays, declines, holds, reversals, fraud checks, authorization failures, or other technical issues caused by payment processors, card issuers, banks, wallet providers, or payment networks.
10. Refunds and cancellations
Because eSIMs are digital products that can be delivered and used immediately, refunds are limited.
We may issue a refund if payment was taken but the eSIM was not provisioned, the eSIM could not be delivered due to a Tellsim-side or provider-side failure, you were charged more than once for the same order, or applicable law requires a refund.
We generally do not provide refunds if your device is not eSIM-compatible, your device is carrier-locked, you purchased the wrong plan, you no longer need the plan, you entered the wrong destination or email address, you deleted the eSIM from your device, coverage is weak in a specific building or area, or the plan has already been installed, activated, used, expired, depleted, or delivered correctly.
Any claim that an eSIM is non-functional must be submitted to Tellsim support within 14 days of purchase and before the eSIM has been activated, substantially used, expired, or depleted.
Once an eSIM has been installed, scanned, activated, or used, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or where Tellsim confirms that the issue was caused by a technical failure not attributable to your device, settings, location, carrier lock, incorrect selection, lack of internet during setup, or other user-side issue.
If a refund is approved, payment processor fees, bank fees, currency conversion differences, or other non-refundable third-party costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.
11. Acceptable use
You must use Tellsim and any eSIM plan lawfully, responsibly, and only for legitimate personal or business mobile data use.
You must not use Tellsim, our eSIMs, our website, our checkout, our dashboard, or any connected network to commit, support, hide, encourage, or facilitate illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
Prohibited use includes, but is not limited to: child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, or any sexual content involving minors; trafficking, exploitation, abuse, threats, harassment, stalking, or violence; terrorism, violent extremism, or unlawful weapons activity; fraud, identity theft, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, phishing, scams, or impersonation; hacking, malware, botnets, unauthorized access, credential theft, or network attacks; spam, mass messaging abuse, scraping, automated abuse, or platform manipulation; copyright infringement or other intellectual property violations; illegal gambling, illegal adult services, or prohibited regulated activity; sanctions violations, export-control violations, or use in prohibited jurisdictions; resale, redistribution, commercial sharing, or unauthorized transfer of an eSIM plan.
You are solely responsible for how you use your device, your eSIM, and your internet connection.
If we believe an eSIM, account, order, or payment is connected to illegal or abusive activity, we may suspend service, terminate access, refuse future orders, withhold refunds where permitted, preserve relevant records, notify payment processors or network/provider partners, and report or disclose information to law enforcement or other authorities when required or permitted by law.
12. Child safety and illegal content
Tellsim has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, or any abuse of minors.
You must not use Tellsim or any eSIM plan to access, view, download, upload, transmit, distribute, purchase, sell, request, solicit, store, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or exploitation in any form.
If we become aware of suspected child exploitation or similar illegal activity involving our services, we may take immediate action, including suspension, termination, preservation of records, reporting to appropriate authorities, and cooperation with lawful investigations.
13. Fraud, abuse, and security checks
We may review orders, payment activity, account activity, device or network signals, support requests, and usage patterns to detect fraud, abuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
We may block or cancel orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, automated, or unauthorized. We may also limit or refuse service if required by our payment processor, provider partners, legal obligations, or risk controls.
14. Network and provider partners
Tellsim works with third-party network and provider partners to provision eSIMs, activate plans, provide coverage, and report usage or status information.
These partners may control technical parts of the service, including eSIM provisioning, plan activation, coverage, available networks, usage reporting, validity, throttling, outages, and status updates.
To provide the service, Tellsim may share order, account, device, plan, activation, usage, troubleshooting, and technical information with provider partners when needed to provision, activate, support, secure, or troubleshoot your eSIM.
We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party networks, local carriers, roaming partners, payment processors, device manufacturers, operating systems, email providers, or other third-party systems outside our reasonable control.
15. No emergency services
Tellsim eSIM plans are generally data-only. They are not a replacement for your primary mobile service.
Tellsim does not guarantee voice calls, SMS, emergency calling, emergency location services, or access to emergency numbers. Keep your regular SIM or another reliable communication method available when needed.
16. Dashboard and installation details
Your dashboard may display sensitive eSIM installation details, including QR code, LPA string, activation code, SM-DP+ address, ICCID, and usage information.
You are responsible for keeping these details private. Do not share your QR code, LPA string, activation code, account access, or dashboard screenshots with anyone you do not trust.
If you believe your account or eSIM details were accessed without permission, contact us immediately.
17. Support
We may provide support by email, website tools, or dashboard features. Support responses are provided in good faith but may depend on information from you, your device, network partners, payment processors, and provider partners.
You agree not to abuse support channels, submit false claims, threaten staff, or use support to commit fraud or payment abuse.
18. Intellectual property
Tellsim, our website, logo, design, text, software, dashboard, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, scrape, or misuse our services or materials except as allowed by law.
19. Service changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Tellsim at any time. We may change available destinations, plans, prices, currencies, coverage information, payment methods, support options, and dashboard features.
If a change materially affects an already purchased plan, we will try to handle the issue fairly, but we cannot guarantee that third-party network or provider conditions will remain unchanged.
20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Tellsim if you violate these Terms, your payment fails or appears fraudulent, you abuse refunds or support, your use creates risk for Tellsim or others, or we are required to do so by law, provider partner, payment processor, or authority.
You may stop using Tellsim at any time. Stopping use does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
21. Force majeure
Tellsim is not responsible for delay, failure, interruption, or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, cyberattacks, internet outages, power outages, payment processor failures, provider partner failures, mobile network failures, roaming partner failures, carrier restrictions, device manufacturer issues, operating system issues, and other events we cannot reasonably prevent.
22. Disclaimers
Tellsim is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect coverage, specific speeds, specific network availability, compatibility with every device, error-free usage reporting, or availability in every location.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
23. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tellsim and Pervius Limited Liability Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, travel disruption, missed bookings, business interruption, loss of connectivity, or inability to use an eSIM.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchased plan will not exceed the amount you paid for that plan.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
24. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tellsim, Pervius Limited Liability Co., and our officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of Tellsim, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity, your use of an eSIM for illegal or harmful purposes, or your violation of another person’s rights.
25. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information. By using Tellsim, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
26. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Pervius Limited Liability Co., without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Before starting a formal legal claim, you agree to contact Tellsim support first and give us at least 30 days to investigate and respond, unless applicable law gives you a right to act sooner.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or Tellsim will be handled by courts with competent jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires another venue.
27. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
If you continue using Tellsim after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
28. Final provisions
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
If Tellsim does not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we waive that right.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout or in your dashboard, form the entire agreement between you and Tellsim regarding your use of the service.
